Here's what you're looking at:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup blackberries
1 tsp acai powder
1 tsp @ora.organic chai protein powder #waybetterthanwhey 💪🏼
1 tbsp soy milk

How to do it: 
1/2 cup coconut water
2/3 cup frozen zucchini
1 navel orange
2 big handfuls spinach
1/2 tsp astragalus + bee pollen
1 tbs collagen peptides
1 scoop @ora.organic probiotic powder 🙌🏼
1/4 cup cilantro (cilantro is SO good for liver health + helping your system detox)
2 tbs shredded coconut
3 shakes ginger
