Someone at the bar had Funky Town on repeat last night and I couldn’t resist adding it to my playlist ☝🏽 After πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈrunning and sprints uphill, worked up to baby clean at 168lb, got under 173lb then πŸ’©. One day I’ll be able to squat clean more than I can power.. then followed that up with this fun couplet.

After some skwaaatz, went on my mile run with my 14lb pack, 3x100m hill sprints then worked up to some baby snitches and got 133lb twice! Swipe πŸ‘‰πŸ½ to see a muthafucking PR for me πŸ’ͺ🏽 I guess mass moves mass 🧐 finished the day with more snitches, clean grip snitches into overhead walking lunges and rope climbs.
