Cascara Kombucha

We have something about fermentation, and this is our favourite. Notes of plum, apple cider, honey and balsamic vinegar. Cascara is the skin of coffee cherry which are often threw away during processing. Instead, we made it into tea and leave it to the kombucha to ferment, unlocking a whole new flavours into the cup.
