My aim for the next 4-5 months, post photoshoot, is to add some lean muscle with as little fat gain as possible! I'm currently consuming 3000kcals a day and I've never been so hungry, yet energised from the amount I'm eating! ๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ I'm currently training 4 times a week (upper/lower twice a week, strength/hypertrophy), cardio is next to zero, other than my morning walks and I think I'm already on the right path physically, and even more so mentally! โœ… I really struggled to get out of the photoshoot/"shreds" mindset at the start but I knew to improve I had to, and knew I had the knowledge to get back to where I was and not go OTT! โœ… Thanks to my man @builtbybrownpt I now have the knowledge so I don't have to restrict myself from any food sources, and can still enjoy meals out with family and friends, but still stay lean on 400g carbs a day, and the odd McDonalds wrap! ๐Ÿž๐Ÿฅ“๐ŸŒฎ What gets measured gets managed - I track most of my food but normally give myself a few hundred calories for a bit of flexibility if I feel cravings coming on, but still make sure I stick to my macros, and don't binge! #mensfitness #menshealth #mensphysique #ukbff #wbff #workhard #mentality #grenadefit #shreds #illovecarbs #carbsarelife #oatlife #oatporn #gymrelatedhashtag #ultraboost #triplewhite #gymshark

Absolutely chuffed with my first week of @yolofoodcompany meals! I'd much rather invest in my health and get good quality food, when on tour, than spend more money per meal on a sandwich or pasta pot from a supermarket! โœ… 12 meals, 2 meals a day, ยฃ5 per meal with good quality protein, carbs and fats! Even better that they're vacuum packed so you can chuck them in your bag if you're out for the day! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ 2 of these meals average around 1100kcals so I'll aim to make up the rest of my macros from breakfast, pre/post workout snacks throughout the day and a big bowl of pre bed oats! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ spending a bit more money to ensure good quality food, and that I stay on track with my long term goals is priceless for me โœŒ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ• #mensfitness #mensphysique #menshealth #yolofood #ukbff #ukup #wbff #shreds #ilovecarbs #fitness #grenadefit #workhard #mentality #gratitude #gymrelatedhashtag #pizza

Later starts = experimental breakfasts! ๐Ÿฅž Pancakes with a @grenadeofficial peanut nutter carb killa, salted caramel fibre one bar, pineapple and finished with walden farms chocolate sauce! ๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ keep it varied to kill cravings, and prevent you from going off track!
I've slowly increased my calories over the last 4-5 weeks (reverse diet), and stayed relatively lean considering. I've dropped 2lbs over the last 2 weeks, but I've noticed some clothes are a bit more snug than normal, so I'm hoping that the lean mass phase is working! โœ”๏ธ Due to the slight weight drop I've decided to push calories up slightly more than my average of 150kcals per week - this week I'm hitting 3050kcals per day! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

I started with a chocolate chip but it went too quick to take any pictures, so I had to have another...๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ these bars are some of the best to go alongside a strong black coffee! The cinnamon and raisin was slightly more chewy than the chocolate fudge brownie one which literally melted in your mouth, with big chocolate chunks in there, and everything that you need to cure your cravings!
For a flapjack the macros are actually quite friendly, and could easily put one in for a pre workout snack ๐Ÿ˜ - 300kcals, 15.5g protein, 27g carbs, 13g fat, and a nice 7g fibre packed in!
Taste - 10/10 ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ these are going to be a staple in my cupboard for my lean bulk phase in prep for the @ukbff_official Kent classic and @ukultimatephysiques Southern!

Form police, bring it! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Could do with less bounce but around 71kg body weight I was happy with 240kg, at 6:30am! โœ… Currently having a week back in a slight deficit so I have a bit better starting point for my lean mass phase! Can't wait to up the calories and work on my physique; push/pull/legs split, twice a week, strength and hypertrophy. Decided to change it up today and made overnight oats with 100g oats, 100g berries, a @grenadeofficial diet shake and a scoop of greens powder, all topped with a shortbread biscuit! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ it was like a berry cheesecake! ๐Ÿฐ Washed down with a peppermint tea to aid my digestion, vitamin c, vitamin b complex, multi vitamin, cod liver oil, 1 digestive enzyme and 1 @projectadofficial matador!
