Discipline... Nobody forces you on a diet. Nobody forces you to only eat certain food and be on a calorie deficient total during a day. It is your choice, and your choice only. Don't you think I would rather have a pizza instead of cod/alaskan pollock with some broccoli for last meal now? Sure, but will that give me the end result I want? No! As with all diets, they may not be your favorite food, but they will for sure make you reach your goal. So, after travel from friday to sunday. Home just sunday night, and travel again monday to tuesday I am finally back home. In a busy work schedule it is even more important to prep your food, because all of a sudden your day at work does not end before 11:30 PM as it did for me on Monday. I bring my food EVERYWHERE, because the day always changes and the diet is 99% of the success for conditioning. Right. @mauro_sassi_team_stones ??? πŸ˜€πŸ’ͺπŸ˜€ @nordicpower @yamamotonutrition

Saturday evening is no different than any other day. Because it is not what you do for a short period of time that matters, it is the ability to stick to the plan over a longer period of time that will give you the result you want in the end. Giant set and why (video had to be cut, and part two with triceps will follow): by reaching momentary muscular failure between each exercise in the giant rotation, one is given increased hyperemia and it will help reach your dormant muscle fibres that are usually not hit thorough conventional methods of training. If we do not shock the body it will not have a reason to change... How: 5 rotations for each muscle group with 4 exercises per rotation. In each rotation include one heavy duty exercise with maximum load. The progression here will be to add exercises per rotation (then number of rotations is reduced). Example 4 weeks with 5 rotations and 4 exercises. Then 4 weeks with 4 rotations and 6 exercises. #teamatones @mauro_sassi_team_stones
