Stop thinking about how long its taking you to get there and start thinking about how hard you are working to get there. The minute you stop worrying about what the scale says, how many macros you have left, how many inches you have lost, and start working without looking for progress every minute is when you will find making it easier on your journey to see changes in you. We obsess over what we want to see changing from one day to the other that we become easily discouraged and forget what really matters and what our goal really is. Take your time with it, its not a race and enjoy yourself and life through the process. You got this. Lets get it

I just needed to share this moment of full blown emotions and happiness with you all! I been juggling between 240-235lbs for a good solid couple months and now I am OFFICIALLY below 235 which I was stuck on a plateau for a good min! Patience is key and trust the process 🔥 220’s waz good


Now a days it’s hard to come across genuine people. What I mean by genuine people is people with the same goals who want it as bad for you as they want it for them. Fuck competition especially when it comes to team work and friendship. I’m so happy to have met these two gorgeous chicks @clau_poww and @sarahdarrellfit You guys know I have talked about my anxiety and its hard for me to meet people sometimes, but people like this make me feel happier and feel like I can kick anxieties ass 💜 @teamforsaken #teamforsaken

Yo girl out here making improvements 🤩 I hit a PR on my squats 155lbs and tbh I’m sure I could have loaded another 10/15lbs and I also hit a PR on my deadlift 255lbs I keep telling myself “trust the process and stay calm” and its moments like these when even adding the slightest weight even if its just 2lbs is an incredible feeling to know you are getting stronger. The grind never ends and we all start from the bottom and work our way up. Little weight or big weight but still getting it 🤟🏻 Thanks for the spot and smacks of motivation 💜 @clau_poww .

“Why are you losing weight from your upper body faster than your lower body, is that what you want?” So I think this is important to talk about because aside of getting questions like this, I also get asked what I am doing to lose my waist fast. I want to make this super clear that there is no such thing as targeting a certain area to lose is first before the rest. Your body decides itself where it will lose weight first and unfortunately my stomach and pouch hasnt had such drastic change and its the area where I am struggling to lose, but not reason to discourage me. Its just understanding that im not in control of losing it first even though I wish, but trusting the process and that with time it will also slim. So to everyone who asks me on a daily how to target a certain body part, you cant when losing weight, its your body that decides and my body is losing weight as it is starting with my upper body area. Every “body” is different. Trust the process there are no secrets I promise 💜

My body isnt perfect and I’ll always be insecure about something about myself just like any human out there, but I promise to never give up working on myself to feel more confident about my insecurities and love myself. Coach has me making progress every week and I have never felt stronger and capable as I do now. .

Dont ever let anyone try to discourage you from what YOU KNOW is best for you just because they have different goals. Nothing is wrong and what matters is that you want it so go get it.
