The comparisons between the two pics (slide right) is from junior year in high school , super depressed quit soccer, wasn't in the gym, eating every gawddd damn thing in front of my face ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ’€too freshman year in college running like mother f***er, playing soccer in college, never lifting heavy of course because soccer you need to maintain that speed and agility. First photo is now. More focused on strength and my frame verses speed and agility for soccer I never squatted more then like 80 for 4 sets of 20 reps last year ๐Ÿ˜ญnow I squat heavy/lift heavy and do hardly any cardio.. still a work in progress but happy with the path I'm heading. STAY COMMITTED. (Don't judge my polka dot shorts Idk know what I was wearing๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ)

As some know I went through and got my boobs done this past Monday, so of course I haven't been able to work out and honestly I am DYING ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜‚ I miss the gym so much I can't wait to just be cleared to walk incline on the treadmill. I notice a lot of girls on insta try and deny plastic surgery and lip injections etc. Breast happened to be something I've wanted since literally middle school (I know how sad is that๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜‚) and it is the only thing I have/will do to alter my appearance, besides maybe Botox when I'm old. But anyways I'm reminiscing on the gym right now so here is one of my fav booty work outs (swipe right) I do around 100 reps and each time I come up I squeeze my booty for 3 second holds. You will feel the burn trust me ๐Ÿ˜›๐Ÿ‘... can't wait to heal up and post some real work out vids for you.

16 plates๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ. I just started lifting heavy maybe 8 months ago I had a lot of injuries in soccer and I limited myself because I doubted my bodies capabilities because of the fear of re injuring myself. Last year I would never put more then 25 pounds on each side of the squat rack now two 45's is my warm up lol I also never lifted heavy for obvious reasons of soccer and trying to stay lean and fast. (16x45=720 pounds)

One of my favorite places to visit, literally I go so much I could be a tour guide. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜Š
