Garlic Herb Roasted Rack of Lamb 😍Recipe πŸ‘‡

1 Head of Garlic, cloves peeled
1/4 Cup Rosemary
2 tbsp of each oregano, thyme and cilantro
2-4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Rack of Lamb
Salt & Pepper for taste

Preheat oven to 450Β°. Combine garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, cilantro and olive oil by chopping it up. Cut your time down by using a food processor. Season the lamb racks with salt, pepper & rub the garlic-rosemary oil all over. Placement of the rack should be, fat side up on a large rimmed baking sheet, you can let it stand for 1 hour to absorb all the flavors or longer really up to you. .
Roast the lamb in the oven for 15 minutes. Turn the rack and roast for another 10 minutes longer or desire doneness... then transfer to a carving board, stand them upright and let it rest for 10 minutes... now carve between the rib of the bones. πŸ‘β€οΈ
