Kielbasa, sausage, hot dog – whichever you choose, skip the ketchup and try this Tangy Cranberry Relish! See the full #recipe below.

8 ounces Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1/4 cup prepared honey mustard
2 tablespoons drained chopped jarred banana peppers
1/4 cup jarred sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup chopped white or yellow onion
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon celery salt
8 ounces packaged cole slaw mix
6 turkey or chicken hot dogs, or sausages, or bratwurst, or kielbasa
6 hot dog style rolls

In a large non-reactive mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, honey mustard, banana peppers, pickle
relish, onion, vinegar, celery salt, and cole slaw mixture. Toss well, cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill. Grill chosen meat until cooked through. Place in buns and top with mixture.

2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
3 cups shredded chicken
3/4 cup Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce
3/4 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions
Assorted salted crackers

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Spread cream cheese into bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Stir together chicken, cranberry sauce, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard and red pepper flakes in medium bowl. Spoon mixture over cream cheese in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with onions. Serve with crackers for dipping.

Makes 16 servings

2 quarts water
2 tablespoons Chinese 5-spice powder
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 1/2 pounds baby back pork ribs (about 2 whole racks)
2 medium onions, cut in half and then sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Craisins® Dried Cranberries BBQ Sauce (recipe follows)

Whisk together the water, 5-spice, sugar and salt in large bowl until dissolved. Cut the racks in half and submerge fully in the liquid. Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with enough foil to completely cover and seal the pork ribs. Evenly spread the sliced onions on the foil and place the butter on top. Remove the ribs from the liquid and season both sides with salt and pepper. Place the ribs in one layer on top of the onions, and fold the foil over making sure to tightly seal the package. Roast undisturbed for 2 hours.
Remove from oven, unwrap and baste the ribs with Craisin® BBQ Sauce. Increase oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake the ribs uncovered for 10 minutes until the sauce is lightly browned.

Divide the smothered onions onto four plates and serve with one half rack per person. Serves: 4

Craisins® Dried Cranberries BBQ Sauce:

1 tablespoon canola oil for cooking
1 medium onion, diced
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries
2 cups Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped chipotle chili pepper (canned peppers in adobe sauce works best)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Coat a small saucepan with the canola oil. Over medium heat, sweat the onions and garlic until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Add the sugar, Craisins®, cranberry juice cocktail, vinegar and chipotle peppers. Simmer until the liquid is reduced by half. Puree the sauce in a blender until very smooth, season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

1 pound raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (31-40 count size)
1 cup Diet Cran•Lemonade™ Cranberry Lemonade Juice Drink
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 serrano or small jalapeno pepper, finely chopped

Bring a large pot of water to boiling. Add shrimp; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Drain and rinse shrimp under cold water until cool. Drain thoroughly.

In large bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Stir in shrimp; cover and refrigerate 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
To serve, drain marinade mixture from ceviche. Divide ceviche evenly among six 4- to 5-ounce martini glasses.

Makes 6 (2/3 cup) servings.

1 head Napa cabbage, thinly sliced (8 cups)
1/2 small head radicchio, thinly sliced (2 cups)
2 cups Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries Blueberry or Pomegranate Juice Infused
1 cup matchstick-cut carrots
1/4 cup slivered red onion
1/2 cup peanut oil or vegetable oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon chili paste
3/4 cup chopped cocktail peanuts

Combine cabbage, radicchio, sweetened dried cranberries, carrots and onion in large bowl; toss.

To make dressing, whisk together peanut oil, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and chili paste in small bowl. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with peanuts just before serving.

Makes 12 1-cup servings.

1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup lemonade
1 8.4 oz. can Ocean Spray® Sparkling Cranberry Juice Drink
1 lemon wedge

In a tall drinking glass, pour 1/2 cup of lemonade. Top with a scoop of ice cream and slowly pour the sparkling cranberry into the glass.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve with a straw or spoon.

1 cup Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon grated lime peel
1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
1 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/4 cup minced fresh mint
1/4 cup minced fresh basil
12 Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves
1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts

Combine the first seven ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in lime juice and peel; set aside.
Combine the chicken, dried cranberries, carrot, green onions, mint and basil in a small bowl.
Place about 3 tablespoons chicken mixture on each lettuce leaf. Top with 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce mixture and 2 teaspoons peanuts. Fold lettuce over filling. Serve with remaining sauce.

1 14-ounce can Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 pound rhubarb stalks, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Pastry for a 9-inch single crust pie
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Combine cranberry sauce, sugar and cornstarch in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into a pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate. Fold crust edge over the filling, pleating to fit.

Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
Makes 1 tart.

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cup buttermilk
2 eggs, separated

1 1/2 cups peeled, chopped apples (1 large apple)
1 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Cran•Cherry® Cherry Cranberry Juice Drink
1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries Cherry Juice Infused
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Whipped cream, garnish

In large bowl stir together dry waffle ingredients; mix well. In small bowl stir together buttermilk and egg yolks; mix well. In separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; set aside. Add buttermilk mixture to dry waffle ingredients; mix until blended. Fold whipped egg whites into buttermilk mixture just until blended. Cook waffles in waffle iron according to instructions. Keep warm.

Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan stir together all sauce ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until fruit is softened and thickens slightly (about 15 to 18 minutes). To serve: place waffles on plate and top with sauce. Add a dollop of whipped cream if desired.

5 seedless sweet grapes
1 ounce raspberry vodka
4 ounces regular or Diet Ocean Spray® Cran-Grape® Cranberry Grape Juice Drink
Lemon wheel, garnish

In a cocktail shaker add 5 seedless sweet grapes. Crush.
Fill the shaker with ice and add raspberry vodka and Ocean Spray® Diet Cran-Grape® Cranberry Grape Juice Drink. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
6 dates

In a high speed blender or food processor add the cashews and almonds and pulse until they are finely ground, careful not to turn them into nut butter.

Add in the remaining ingredients and blend or pulse until everything starts to come together. Scrape down the sides several times and add up to 2 tablespoons of water. You may need to remove the mixture and place it into a bowl and mash it together with your hands or a spatula.
Form into approximately 20 balls about 2 teaspoons each.
Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
