Eggs in a basket avocado toast style..omg how have I never made this before!!😋⁣

•Just cut a hole in your bread, put it in a skillet with some olive oil spray, and crack an egg in the hole. Toast the extra piece to make a really cute mini avo toast. Sprinkle with EBTB seasoning to top it off🤩

Throwback to when I had the best morning ever at the @thevegandoughnutco !! I could definitely go vegan if I had these for breakfast everyday😋 Pictured here is their oreo, strawberry iced, choc iced, old fashioned, and my fav blueberry cake!! Hoping to see them at the @clevegfest this weekend🤩

Quick and super easy dinner in between workouts!! Literally takes like 15 min and is great fuel for workout #2!!👊🏼⬇️ ⁣

•3 whole eggs + 1 egg white, spicy black bean burger and TJ’s EBTB seasoning ⁣

•Air fried sweet potatoes, parsnips & broccoli. Choose roast and set the temp to 375 for 12 minutes!! Half way through give em a little toss😁

PB&J toast - aka one of my fav breakfasts🙌🏼 Just pick your fav all natural peanut butter and jelly brands🤩 In this pic I used GF bread, Smucker’s all natural organic PB and their all natural strawberry jam that is sweetened with ONLY honey, it’s the best stuff everrr!

I don’t normally eat salads for dinner because they don’t always fill me up, butttt this one did the trick!! ⬇️⬇️⁣⁣
-Southwest spicy chipotle salad with a Trader Joe’s veggie burger on top🤤 (I highly recommend TJ’s veggie burgers...especially this one that’s loaded with quinoa, black beans & corn) ⁣⁣

-Not pictured: side of airfried sweet potatoes. Select roast and put them in at 375 degrees for 12 minutes!

Doesn’t get much better than this...peep the avo toast in the background😋 ⁣

•Green smoothie bowl topped with granola, banana, unsweetened coconut, chia seeds & organic agave drizzle!!

I’ve seriously made these pancakes everyday for the past week, but that’s okay considering the ingredients🤩 ⁣

•Ever since I saw @sweeterthanabumblebee make these I have been obsessed!! •Her recipe: 1 banana, 1 cup oats, 3/4 cup of non diary milk mixed in a blender. Then add cinnamon, vanilla, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, then fold in blueberries!! Mine don’t look the same as hers but they taste the same😉 Seriously perfect for breakfast lunch or dinner with organic maple syrup drizzle!!🙌🏼

Keep your sweet tooth satisfied with these guys!! No bake peanut butter choc chip cookie dough balls🥳 I was inspired by one of @eatingevolved latest post!! ⁣

•1/2 cup of organic all natural peanut butter ⁣
•3 tbsp organic maple syrup ⁣
•1/2 tsp sea salt⁣
•1 tsp vanilla extract ⁣
•4 tbsp coconut flour ⁣
•4 tbsp finely chopped dark choc ⁣

Took a field trip to the Westside Market today and it was a foodies dream. Pictured here is the “Garden Juice” that was literally pressed right in front of me!! Beets, carrot, celery, apple & parsley🤩

Pineapple & raspberry dole whip never tasted so good🤩🌴 soaking up every bit of sun these last two days in the Bahamas!!☀️🇧🇸

Tips to starting off your vacation right...always have the right travel snacks!! These Enlightened crunchy beans are protein packed and sooo good, def giving these a 10/10🙌🏼🤩 #springbreak #snacklife
