Happy Sunday! πŸ€— I don't know about you, but not having to put on a jacket last night was THE BEST! πŸ™ŒπŸ»βœ¨πŸ™ŒπŸ»βœ¨It's one of those small pleasures of life that puts a smile on my face. πŸ’πŸΌAnother thing that puts a smile on my face? A cold bowl of refreshing goodness to wake up with πŸ˜‹and this smoothie bowl totally hit the spot! πŸ’―πŸ‘ŒπŸ»This one's got 1 cup homemade cashew milk, 1 cup frozen cauliflower, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 frozen banana, 1 tsp maca powder, and 1 tbsp almond butter. Topped with all the fixins! Have a beautiful day lovelies! πŸ’ƒπŸΌβœŒπŸ»πŸ’‹πŸ€™πŸ»

Kitchen sink bowl = THE BEST kinda bowls. (In my opinion, at least. πŸ’πŸΌ) In this one we've got romaine, πŸ₯‘, @lightlifefoods tempeh, cauliflower rice mixed with my "curry quinoa confetti" salad (recipe coming soon! πŸ€—), sprouted lentils and beans, and my apple cider vinaigrette. πŸ₯— (You can find the recipe for the dressing on my blog! This morning totally got away from me πŸ™ˆ, BUT I did manage to capture my awesome breakfast with ✨HOMEMADE✨ strawberry jam. πŸ“πŸ’ƒπŸΌβ€οΈπŸ’ƒπŸΌπŸ“β€οΈ Having a British mom (heyyyy @franceskaaron πŸ™‹πŸΌ), I basically grew up on English muffins with butter and jam, but all that added sugar in store-bought jams is not for me πŸ™…πŸΌ. So I took matters into my own hands and made my own jam at home! It was SO EASY! Blend 1 cup fresh πŸ“and add in 1 tbsp chia seeds. Refrigerate over night, and you have the freshest, tastiest strawberry jam with ZERO added sugars! πŸ’― πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ’―πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ’―πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ’―

So last night I got home at 9 after seeing a late client and a longgggg day. I was exhausted and starving so THE LAST πŸ™…πŸΌthing I wanted to do was cook dinner. BUT it took me just 10 minutes ⏱to whip up this delicious dinner thanks to the batch cooking I did for the week and my strategically stocked fridge πŸ™ŒπŸ». The best part? It was healthier βœ…, cheaperπŸ’°, and fresher πŸ˜‹ than anything I could have had delivered. Love a fresh pokΓ© bowl for lunch! PokΓ© is basically the lovechild πŸ’žof sushi and salad, which is pretty much the best concept EVER. πŸ’― I got mine with zoodles, raw salmon and ALL THE πŸ”-PINGS. (Get it?!😜I'm so lame, I know.πŸ™ˆ) I think my favorite ones are masago and hijiki, but jury is still out πŸ€”πŸ’­πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Just devoured this smoothie bowl and it was πŸ’―πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ˜‹. Best part? It's loaded with vegetables, fruit, and healthy fat! Starting this week off right with a SMOOTHIE BOWL 🍧(πŸ‘ˆπŸ»looks more like shaved ice but just go with it...πŸ™ƒ). Best part? I made it with with HOMEMADE CASHEW MILK πŸ₯›. To be honest, I ran out of my store bought almond milk and knew that I wouldn't need a bag to strain cashew milk, so that's how it went down.
