Is it weird to top your toast with peanut butter and yogurt? ๐Ÿฅœ + ๐ŸฆBc I did, and I loved it! โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฏโค๏ธBut then again, I'm kind of a weirdo. ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™ƒ Seriously tho, there's something about the nutty and tangy flavor combo that works, so I highly recommend you try it! No, I did not make this salad. But yes, I ate it and it was delicious! ๐Ÿ’๐ŸผFun fact: I used to HATE anchovies, ๐Ÿ˜–but then I realized that if I cut them into smaller pieces and mix them into a salad, they actually add a really nice saltiness to every bite! ๐Ÿ˜‹Plus, they are FULL of omega3 fats and are a really sustainable fish option. ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ So you're not only keeping your body healthy ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป but you're also helping to take care of this beautiful world that we live in. ๐ŸŒŽ Happy Thursday my dears! โœŒ๐Ÿปโค๏ธ

This is the foundation of working in a kitchen and it seriously makes cooking a breeze. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป ๐Ÿ˜ŽI'll be honest, sometimes when I cook, I'm all over the place ๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿผand my kitchen looks like a tornado passed through. ๐ŸŒช๐ŸŒช๐ŸŒชBut when I'm good about prepping everything before I get to the cooking, it makes the whole process so much more organized and enjoyable.๐Ÿ˜ŠJust a little tip from my kitchen to yours. โœŒ๐Ÿปโค๏ธ

Guys, this rain is legit. (I am currently soaked from walking a block because I don't believe in umbrellas ๐Ÿ’ฆโ˜”๏ธ and wasn't in the mood to wear a raincoat. First there were zoodles. Now there are ZOATS! That's right! I just took my Carrot Cake Oats recipe and swapped out the carrot for a zucchini. ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿ”๐Ÿฅ’(Okay, that might actually be a cucumber, but just go with it...๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ) Point is, these were delicious and I love the fact that I'm getting more โœ”๏ธvitamins, โœ”๏ธminerals, and โœ”๏ธfiber from such a simple move. I'm also still adding in egg whites so I'm getting the protein I need as well to fuel me for my day. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป And on that note, have a beautiful day my dears! โœŒ๐Ÿปโค๏ธ

This, my friends, is what MEAL PREP looks like! This, my friends, is not a picture taken in real time โŒbecause instead of batch cooking this weekend, I spent my Sunday with some pretty awesome dads. What can I say?
