πŸ₯„ tbsp of cacao
πŸƒ big handful of baby spinach
πŸ₯„ scoop of protein powder
πŸ₯œ small handful of cashews (or nut of your choice)
πŸ₯„ tsp of psyllium husk
Blend and top with your fave goodies, like chia seeds, fresh fruit πŸ“πŸ‡ and my sugar-free granola! πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

This morning, watching the sun come up on Anzac Day.
Taking a moment to breathe and soak up the earths energy.
The last week has been a little more challenging for me, with a flare up of my anxiety and some other health issues to work through.
But as I always try to remind myself, One Step At A Time.
Being in this moment, connecting with the first light of a new day is very grounding for my soul, and I'd recommend everyone do this for them self, with their nearest and dearest at some point in their life
