Feels like a lifetime ago that I was in Lima and eating Lomo Saltado, gnocchi, Passionfruit juice and churros. Three flights will do that to you 😂 @belmondmiraflorespark

Breakfast time! Usually egg white omelettes are a real mixed bag but this one was fantastic. With rocoto chilli sauce on the side plus a carrot bagel, jams, fruit salad, juice, cheese, coffee and pastries. But let's focus on the egg white omelette shall we? 😊😂 @belmondmiraflorespark

This is my first time staying at Belmond property and I am super impressed! Back to blogging mode now and checking out the @belmondmiraflorespark. Had a fab Pisco Sour making class (that turned into more!) and an amazing massage and facial. Wish I had longer here than 24 hours! ❤

Lunch started with coriander tamales, chicken with Pisco sour sauce, crab claws and delicious creamy corn balls plus view of the Huaca Pucllana clay pyramid!

It's not every meal that sits on a display of piranha heads! At @centralrest tonight-crispy piranha skin. Just look at the teeth!! 🐟

The first @experientialtraveller tour is over! I absolutely loved this group and their sense of adventure and curiosity. They made this fledgling business such a pleasure! Now back to blogging life...

Back in Lima for our final night of the @experientialtraveller tour of Peru and am enjoying not being breathless (Cusco and altitude!). Dinner is at @centralrest so just a half sandwich for late lunch-I'm obsessed with this vegetarian sandwich at @atemporal_lima with spinach, cream cheese, mushrooms and lots of avocado 💚💚💚 Booking test for when I get home so that I can find out what I'm allergic to and can eat all the food again (hopefully) 🤞🏼

The gluten free vegan donuts at @wearenutie are so good! All about them on the blog today🍩💕

Watching them shape and make the patterns on the famous Pan Chuta in Oropesa! Josefina has won the best bread in Oropesa for the last few years and welcomed our group in with open arms and showed us everything about her bakery! Check out those razor skills! @experientialtraveller
