Managed to do #fitbodyguide week 1 leg day and even half an ab day πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ not bad for a Monday morning πŸ‘πŸ»

Went to grab a protein bar at my bodega and found this Sunniva drink I haven't seen before - no sugar, 10g protein, and the caffeine of a cup of coffee - perfect before my 7am spin class! It also contains coconut oil MCTs which I don't really know much about. Tastes more like black coffee than a protein drink πŸ‘πŸ»@drinksupercoffee

My left leg is getting stronger! Has anyone taken Sculpt at Uplift Studios? It's a low impact strength training class that perfectly complements my return to running. @ashleighcat was an awesome teacher - really good at correcting my form and giving constant feedback!

Today we tried Week1 arms and back from @annavictoria's #fitbodyguide! I loved it - hardest part was having to complete all the circuits no matter how long it takes - I kept hoping for a seven minute timer to tell me I was done 😰πŸ’ͺ🏻

Done and dusted πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

I ❀️ Rumble. Now that I've been a few times I've found a good rhythm and can actually focus all of my energy on the workout (does thinking "omg I'm tuning out real life and other thoughts so well right now!!" mean I'm not fully present?). The floor work is still hard but I feel like I'm actually getting stronger πŸ’₯πŸ₯Š

πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€— first outdoor run in two months!! I ran/walked 2.5 miles and I am THE HAPPIEST. Taking tomorrow off and hoping for no hip pain πŸ™πŸ»
