Today was just not my day. The plan was 2x2 122,5kg (270lbs) but I failed twice.
I don’t really want to accept this. For me, failure is just a part of the road towards success. I will continue work hard, and eventually conquer this.

I have to be honest by saying that I felt the knee sleeves helped. I don’t usually wear them, (this was the first time) but lately my knees have started to hurt a bit during squats and lunges. Some people may call it cheating, but it keeps my knees warm and reduces pain in them so idc.. ________________________________________________

This week I started on a program I got from a coach. I’ve never really had an actual program before. Every gym session the past years have been filled with exercises from my own choosing. This led to (embarrassingly enough) no training for shoulders, abs nor calves hehe.
My goal is to get strong AF. I’m really looking forward to these 12 weeks with this program. I hope you guys want to follow my journey.✖️
My current Max is;
Squat: 100kg
Bench: 65kg
Dead: Haven’t maxed in a while but last time 120kg (24.08.17)
BW:60.8
