IMPORTANT READ: I am nearly at the end of week 4 into my 8 week challenge! I am feeling strong, healthy and fit 🙌🏽 I did this challenge as I was feeling a little bit unhealthy, tired and mentally unfocused. I get so many messages about my exercise regime and diet, so I’ve been trying to share that with you. I have fluctuated my whole life with my weight, due to my eating habits! I can’t say no to food that’s put in front of me and I’m a sucker for junk food 😩. The one constant thing in my life is that I’ve always exercised a minimum of 5 days a week since high school. The only way that I’ve been able to control my eating is through meal prep and @workoutmeals have been a great way to keep on track!
I am yet to address this, but I received a lot of scrutiny being one of the “larger” girls on the bachelor which I believe is absolutely ridiculous . A lot of the dresses were sample sizes and I’m a size 10, so not being able to fit in these dresses made me feel like absolute shit and really weighed on my confidence. Along with a majority of girls on the show, I gained weight whilst filming. I was hurt by the public’s opinion when it came to body shaming. I have always been quite mentally strong but unfortunately did take this to heart and at that point in time, felt the ugliest I have ever felt in my life. I quickly realised that it doesn’t fucking matter! I was a normal size woman and I was having the time of my life eating all the things and drinking all the champagne 🥂 Once i came out of the house the weight I gained just fell off and I was back to normal. It’s ok to fall off the wagon every now and then. I am now the healthiest and happiest I’ve been inside and out and just want to thank everyone that has supported me over the years. I truely am so lucky to have all of you, my amazing hype team ❤️😭 Sorry about the long winded msg 😘
