Asparagus season has had a slow start this year but we're seeing some good signs with some beautiful spears coming out of Koo Wee Rup. These white asparagus are grown in the dark, we had the privilege of picking them today and they'll be on the menu this week! @nomadacafe

Occasionally chef @jesse_mctavish and the team head to the coast to find all sorts of unique, local Australian produce including Karkalla and its flowers, native celery, native parsley and local seaweed (best eaten with our Octopus and Sardines). #NomadaCafe
