We’re extremely proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for ‘Best Sustainable Pub Company' in the 2019 Publican Awards. Since inception, sustainability has been at the heart of our business, etched in every aspect of each location, from the food sourcing, to the design partners and artisans, to the recycling of water and plastic. Since opening our doors, our sustainability programme has been recognised by the Sustainable Restaurant Association, an extremely rare achievement, and one we’ve upheld and developed. This new accolade is further testament to the hard work of Executive Head Chef, Simon Duff, who heads up our sustainability programme and works tirelessly to make our menus sustainable, local and responsible as well as delicious.
