"To thine own self be true" said Polonius in Shakespeare's Hamlet.
The line is one of the principles I've based my life on. The entire quote though, is more elaborate: "This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man." I've chosen to interpret it differently though, to look inward and recognise myself. My strengths and weaknesses, embracing both and working to live with, and overcoming the latter.
