I get a lot of questions about which exercises i do and how much and what i eat in a day (and i think a lot of instagrammers with me). I never really tell what and how much i eat in a day because it isn't relevant for you.☝🏼 Why? You don't get the same results if you eat the same amounts and do the same exercises as me. You also can't get the exact same body as me, if you do what i do, because every body is different and works different.πŸ€“ You'll have to find what works for you and what fits in your daily routine. If you can't workout or eat the exact same as someone, doesn't mean you can't get the body you want.πŸ’ͺ🏼 I could tell you wich exercises i do for the booty and what kind of food i eat in a day, sure. But use that just as an inspiration for your workouts and meals.❗️Do it your way, in your own tempo. It's your journeyπŸ’•

When i saw this picture, i didn't like it at all. It shows my biggest insecurity; my legs. They are a huge part of the reason why I wanted to lose weight/start working out at the first place. They did slim down, but they are still a bit big and less toned compared to the rest of my body. I've found it very difficult to accept it, but this is just my body shape and how my body works.βŒ›οΈ Why keep feeling bad about yourself, when I (you) can be PROUD how far you've come and how hard you've worked to get there.πŸ’ͺ🏼 It's so important for you to love your body and be happy with it. And if you don't like the shape, work your freakin' ass off for what you do want.πŸ™…πŸΌ But remember: "Be happy with what you have while working on what you want"βœ¨πŸ™πŸΌ
