I get a lot of questions about which exercises i do and how much and what i eat in a day (and i think a lot of instagrammers with me). I never really tell what and how much i eat in a day because it isn't relevant for you.☝🏼 Why? You don't get the same results if you eat the same amounts and do the same exercises as me. You also can't get the exact same body as me, if you do what i do, because every body is different and works different.🤓 You'll have to find what works for you and what fits in your daily routine. If you can't workout or eat the exact same as someone, doesn't mean you can't get the body you want.💪🏼 I could tell you wich exercises i do for the booty and what kind of food i eat in a day, sure. But use that just as an inspiration for your workouts and meals.❗️Do it your way, in your own tempo. It's your journey💕
