It's that time of year again! Happy #EndometriosisAwarenessMonth to all my #endosisters around the world! Endometriosis is a painful chronic disease that effects 1 in every 10 women around the world. This year is all about spreading awareness about this awful disease, because no one should ever have to suffer alone. I thank endometriosis everyday for showing me that I am never alone because I have 200 million women fighting with me at all times. It's been almost 5 years since my diagnosis and this year I am thankful for all the accomplishments that I've made. I'm graduating a year early with a BA in psychology and heading to get my MA in clinical mental health counseling. Endometriosis reminds me that I am stronger and stronger everyday, but it does not define me and it never will. Hang squat snatch from Friday morning, by far the hardest crossfit movement for me. For anyone who deals with chronic pain knows how difficult it can be just to get out of bed in the morning. 8 months ago this weight wouldn't of even crossed my mind.
