It's actually the first time in my life when i don't count my weekly workouts, or constantly wonder when im allowed to leave the gym according to my watch. Yet, i excercise more than ever. Since i found fuctional training my workouts hasn't been the same. I want to be strong, but now in a different way. I don't care about the size of my abs, i only care about the performances i can manage with a strong core. I want my body to function the way it's created. That includes being able to carry heavy weights, walk, run, jump, climb... It's no more about low calories and pushing yourself to the limit. It's simply about doing the things you need to do, in terms of being the best version of yourself.
