Practising the basics โœŒ๐Ÿป

My biggest agenda for this summer is learn to walk with ๐Ÿ‘  again ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

After a succesful workout im like ๐Ÿคค

Walking is actually my favourite excercise ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป It combines so perfectly my two favourite things: fresh air and being alone with my toughts ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Back to the gym after a whole week off! ๐Ÿคค My first excercise was 4 x 40kg squats AMRAP (as many reps as possible) and maan that felt good ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป .

I guess it's a whole week of rest for me, since yesterday i was too tired to function, physically and mentally... For me rest means less gym = more time to take care of my body by streching, walking etc... I've definately learned my lesson, that sometimes slowing down is a key to sustainable results โ˜บ๏ธHappy monday everyone โ˜€๏ธ
