Glute Bridges primarily work the Glutes but they also work the core if done correctly.
Here's some Tips: 💜 Keep feet flat and push through your heels at all times 💜 Keep your upper body and neck as relaxed as possible imagining your Glutes are moving you up and down
💜 Tuck and squeeze your Glutes at the top (imagine your pelvis wants to meet your belly button) rather than just pushing your hips up high (this will avoid the lower back taking over and keep your core working)
Once you have this movement pattern corrected you can do so many variations.
