Keep you back straight and try to keep your body as still as possible throughout.
Focus on using your back muscles to pull the bar rather than momentum from anywhere else. Pull the bar towards the belly button and breathe out at the top.

Here's some Eating out when tracking tips:
1. Choose foods that are dry (as in not cooked with anything and you can always ask for steamed veg πŸ˜‰) 2. If your in a calorie deficit then Overestimate on my fitness pal just incase of 'secret calories'
3. If possible choose foods you normally eat so you can be a little more accurate when guessing the portion sizes.
4. The most common mistake made is normally holding tension in the shoulders and not keeping your hips ups throughout the exercise.
Here's some tips for when you do them next: - Drive your hips up to the ceiling and aim to keep them that high the whole time.
- As you bend your knees and bring your heels close to your Glutes squeeze the Glutes and hamstrings
- Slowly straighten out the legs while keeping your hips at the same high level and squeezing the Glutes - Keep your upper body relaxed I tend to hold my hips as it helps me.
