What an amazing weekend! Thank you so much to everyone for sharing my 30th with me. Defiantly won’t be forgotten.

I'm not perfect, I'm not exactly where I want to be.... but I'm happy.

Enjoying my training, working hard at work and I have balance with my personal life.

Life is to be whatever you want it to be..

Tonight ❤️

Day 1 "A life as a personal trainer" .
From a 5am wake up to a 10.30pm finish.
.
Starting the day of with a beautiful sunrise going into 9 clients, 2/11 cancellations, 4.5 hours of driving, 90 minute training session, 5 meals & 5 litres of water.
.
I face plenty of challenges daily with clients, lack of sleep, not being able to train & giving a 1000% to all clients but I love what I do and Obstacles are put in front of you for good reasons.

Prepare to fail or prepare to succeed.... you choose.
.
Over the next 3 days I will take you through my journey of a personal trainers life.
.
Food, sleep, water intake, training & work.
.
No matter how busy you are there should be no excuses. Trust the process and watch my next 3 days....

Never lose your focus
.
Take a step back, look where you are now to where you once was...
.

Time to refuel & relax
.
Taking 10 days off training, because with a busy working schedule there was no time. Keeping on track with my food was more important.
.
Up before sunrise in Zanzibar with a morning run on the beach, climbing the stairs for 15 minutes and finish of with a swim.

Friday motivation .
Core workout .
