πŸ€”Most days guys honestly I don't feel massively motivated to go to the gym - but I still do. Its about being really connected to your purpose & believing in your purpose...that's what makes you stick to the plan.
Think of your purpose for going to work....you gota get that money right?πŸ€‘ No option! You have to go in! The purpose is clear, simple, important to you.
My purpose for working out everyday is personal to me but believe me its clear, simple & important to me & that is what gets me into the gym....I think the magical feeling of motivation you are looking for doesn't exist. Its a strong purpose. Think about yoursπŸ’­

After a week using this tea, I genuinely can't believe how bloated I must have been before because my stomach is so flat!πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ I'm obsessed! .
Here's how I've been using it:

1. I've replaced coffees with the "DayTime" 100% matcha green tea mix, and I drink about 2 x flasks of that during my workouts or before I finish work

Still really sore so I had to revert to bodyweight glute activations & cardio which I do 2-3 mornings a week.

🌸Its the start of the week here in Dubai so I thought I'd share my awesome diet I've been doing for the last 2 weeks 😁

I've been very concerned lately with skin health & optimising my weight loss at the same time so have focused on getting my body functioning well from the inside out:

1.Ditched coffee & artificial sweeteners for herbal teas like the @bohotox 100% matcha green tea, or lemon & ginger with a tiny drop of honey in the morning

2. Cut dairy & wheat & replaced high carb/protein breakfasts for large bowls of fresh fruits & nuts with a splash of almond milk
