Four and a half weeks until Election Day, you knock on doors in the rain.

Stuffing envelopes with the help of @revivalbrewing!

Great chatting with residents at Parenti Villa this morning! They’re concerned about how bad the roads are around them. Low income people can’t just afford to fix their cars all the time because our leaders neglect to keep our infrastructure up to date.

Thanks for having me tonight, @federalhillpizza! Wish my opponents would have showed up, but Billy and I had a great conversation tonight.

Had a great time serving lunch at Grace Apartments today - everyone was great, but this little bundle of joy stole the show! Also, we need to solve our affordable housing crisis. @poahcommunities

Hard at work in HQ! Just heard we’ve officially got enough signatures to be on the ballot - let’s do this!

Always great chatting with our congressman @bravoandy and fabulous future constituent Susie Symonds!

Campaigns are a marathon, not a sprint. I’ve learned it’s really important to take a few minutes every once in a while to clear your head and refocus. For me, that’s always been with music. Some of my strongest memories from going to public schools in Rhode Island were music classes - so while Mozart and I reconnect a little today, I’m thinking about how critical arts and music education is in our schools. And as technology plays an ever-increasing role in our economy, it is so important that we bolster the things that make us most human, and invest in giving kids the creative skills that come from the arts, especially in our hardest hit communities. On top of that, that creativity and confidence will be such crucial parts of the jobs of the future.
