#NEPAAlliance Annual #Dinner a Great #Success
The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance held its Annual Dinner on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Hilton Scranton & Conference Center, Scranton, PA. The dinner was well attended by over 300 business and community leaders from around the region.
During the dinner, NEPA presented the NEPA Alliance Regional Leadership Award. The award is presented to an agency, group or individual demonstrating a significant contribution to regional growth, development or cooperation within the seven county NEPA region. This year's award recipients were the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders and the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins for their impact on the regional economy and involvement in the regional community of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
This year's Keynote speaker was Denny Corby, Corporate Speaker, Entertainer & Mentalist. Denny's performance engaged the crowd with magic and humor to the delight of all in attendance.
The NEPA Alliance, a regional community and economic development agency, serves the seven counties of Northeastern Pennsylvania including Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Schuylkill and Wayne.
