Join us tomorrow, Saturday, October 21st for "Reps for Relief" in support of the island communities that have been devastated by Hurricane Irma and Maria. All proceeds collected will go directly to the CFVI Virgin Islands Relief Fund that manages funds that service the St. Thomas communities directly in their time of need.

All morning classes tomorrow will be performing the following Workout:
"Reps for Relief"
(In Teams of Two)
20 MIN. AMRAP
60 Deadlifts (135/95)
30 Burpees over the Bar
60 Front Squats (135/95)
30 Burpees over the Bar
60 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)
30 Burpees over the Bar
With remaining time, find a 1 Rep Max Clean & Jerk.
