Really appreciate the tips from @r_o_c_fitness today. I’m happy maintaining the 60kg atlas stone and getting it up on to the higher platform. First gym session I’ve been able to do since Saturday! Been sensible and had to rest from training (5 full days 😩) due to failing to block a great punch to my ribs while sparring at boxing! πŸ™„ Now I understand why it’s best to keep elbows in tight to body at all times!
