1. Change your deodorant to aluminium free natural one. Ladies with breast cancer have higher levels of aluminium, it gets into the body from deodorant.

3. Stop eating sugar or significatly reduce the intake of sugar and refined carbohydrates.
4. Eat a healthy diet with plenty of vegetables, leafy greens, good fats, plenty of protein, berries and fruit.
5. Exercise and sweat (sauna is great)
6. Reduce your stress levels, get help if needed.
7. Go to bed at 22.30, sleep is important!
8. Make sure you have plenty of selenium in your diet or think about checking your levels and supplement.

🇬🇧Chickpea and coriander soup

225 dried chickpeas soaked overnight in twice their volume of cold water
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped 
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ground turmeric 
10 g or more fresh coriander, finely chopped 
50 g butter or coconut oil 
Grated zest of 1 lemon 
1 small red chilli, halved, deseeded, chopped (optional, I personally do not like chilli)
200 ml creme fraiche (optional)
Salt and pepper
Soaking chickpeas helps to reduce phytic acid in them. It is best to soak adding 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Rinse soaked chickpeas and add 1.5 l of fresh water and boil until chickpeas are cooked for about 45-60 minutes. If you do not have time for soaking chickpeas you can take 2 tins of cooked chickpeas. Meanwhile fry seeds for a bit on a dry frying pan to get some fragrance. Then crush coriander seeds, cumin seeds using pestle and mortar. Melt butter in the pan, add garlic, crushed seeds and turmeric and chilli, stir and cook on gentle heat for a few minutes. When chickpeas are ready drain them and reserve some of the cooking water. Add spices, lemon zest to a blender together with chickpeas and half of creme fraiche and some cooking water, blend until smooth. Warm it up, add creme fraiche and chopped coriander and serve.

Prague is a beautiful city, worth visiting if you have not been yet.
We spent 4 days there and have not managed to see everything we planned. We made about 16.000 steps a day (11 km) 🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️ and our feet need some rest now.
🇷🇺Карлов мост в Праге через реку Влатву. Если Вы ещё не были в Праге, обязательно стоит посетить этот город. Мы провели там 4 дня и сделали в среднем 16.000 шагов в день, что согласно моему телефону более 11 км. Посмотрели много красивых мест, но все посетить не удалось.
