I feel awkward about this: this is the first “transformation” picture I’ve ever made in my life. The before picture is from sometime during 2016 when I had injured my knee. The after picture was taken within the last month or so and obviously features better lighting, angle, and much better pants (@celestialbodiez makes a difference, use my code NATALIE ❤️).
Obviously, my butt is more “oh my god Becky” in the after picture but to me, that’s *not* the most important thing. I LOVE being strong- it is one of the most empowering feelings I have ever experienced. It seems to come from your soul and grow out. Your body feels stronger, your mind starts feeling stronger, and then life is all of a sudden better. I love enjoying good training days and pushing through the crummy ones. I love being able to train hard and be sore the next day. If my butt is getting bigger, I’m getting stronger and therefore becoming happier.
#bigbuttsbigweights is REAL and benefits everyone 😂. I’m very thankful to the people to treated my injury and coached me back to health and PRs.
