Food makes me smile 😁 Make healthier choices when eating out by sticking to lean proteins, larger vegetable portions, and avoiding high sodium foods & condiments. Chicken breast, turkey, white fish, certain meat cuts are some lean protein options for eating out, as well as egg whites. Veggies are just as important and a form of fibrous carbs. I'm all for any kind of veggies, although broccoli can cause bloating - I still eat it 🤷🏻♀️ (btw I had a salad before this pic lol) When choosing your carb source, try picking a food as close to its natural state as possible. Baked sweet potato is my personal favorite when eating out 🍠 When it's not available, I usually avoid carbs altogether. What are some of your favorite healthy foods when eating out?
