Yesterday I went rollerblading and I completely busted my ass. Literally. My butt broke the fall and I have burns that aren't even allowing me to walk straight today ☹️ Hoping they heal within the next day or two so I can stop walking like I'm 90 years old 😂 Happy Friday y'all, wear your seat belts and helmets this weekend

In my defense... I only had one bite of that slider & 1/4 of that delicious waffle. It could've been much worse ✋🏼

Food makes me smile 😁 Make healthier choices when eating out by sticking to lean proteins, larger vegetable portions, and avoiding high sodium foods & condiments. Chicken breast, turkey, white fish, certain meat cuts are some lean protein options for eating out, as well as egg whites. Veggies are just as important and a form of fibrous carbs. I'm all for any kind of veggies, although broccoli can cause bloating - I still eat it 🤷🏻‍♀️ (btw I had a salad before this pic lol) When choosing your carb source, try picking a food as close to its natural state as possible. Baked sweet potato is my personal favorite when eating out 🍠 When it's not available, I usually avoid carbs altogether. What are some of your favorite healthy foods when eating out?
