This kid has watched Toy Story too many times to count and now he gets to be his favorite character for Halloween! I swear, if you all could have seen the magic in his eyes when I was putting this costume on him.....absolutely PRICELESS!

He went from being TERRIFIED of trick-or-treating and wearing a costume last year to over the moon excited! .
For all my mommy friends, what are you kiddos dressing up as this year?! Are they excited for Halloween or are they terrified or not that into it??

When you say YES to yourself and creating a life by YOUR design, you don’t have to say NO to the little things! .
Typically, this time of day is when I work on my coaching business (while Joey naps) but since my business is SO FLEXIBLE and I can work it in time pockets, even 10 minute-pockets if needed, I got some work done this morning and now THIS is happening! 😍 How could I say no to a cutie-pie who wants to snuggle so he can “take a little rest??” Plus, I got to chat with some amazing women who want to work on their nutrition goals so this has been an awesome day! .

Every time you say YES to someone else’s thoughts and opinions of what you “should” do, you are saying NO to your heart and desires. .
Everyone will always have thoughts and opinions but that is just what they are, thoughts and opinions. Don’t be afraid to say YES to you!

I had no idea how when I decided to take control of my health by finding fitness, that it would bleed into so many areas of my life! I had always viewed working out as simply something that you do to “lose weight” or to “have a six-pack”.

You wanna hear a confession?? I actually used to secretly make fun of people that would take fitness classes because my thoughts used to be “Why would anyone want to waste their time exercising when they could be doing something fun like drinking, going out or eating fast food??” You want to know where those thoughts can from?? My own insecurities! How many of you have had those kinds thoughts??
.
I used to be so insecure about my body, my looks, my abilities when I worked in the corporate world, etc. My confidence was in the toilet! I never thought I was good enough and I found myself in a very negative place.
.
Once I started to regularly exercise, things began to change. I started feeling more energized and that started a positive chain reaction of events! My cholesterol dropped, my clothing size dropped, my energy increased and my mindset started to shift. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone to get my first instructor certification (um, what?! Me the gal who made fun of classes?! YES) and to have the courage to sign up and become a virtual coach to help motivate and inspire others to take control of their health and fitness.
.
When you think of fitness ladies, it’s NOT about the external, like simply losing weight. There is SO much more at stake. Weight loss is a by-product however, finding fitness is working on our internal struggles! You owe it to yourself to feel your best: mind, body and soul!

This is for all the ladies out there who are feeling like they are holding themselves back because they are worried about other people’s opinions or have been putting other people’s happiness above their own:

YOU are not here to make OTHER people feel comfortable. Do YOU and be unapologetically YOU!

Becoming FEARLESS doesn’t happen overnight, but through small acts of courage everyday, that fear begins to go away and you find freedom on the other side!

I know what it’s like to feel fear and be full of fear........fear of not being good enough at your job, fear of having your boss yell at you because nothing is good enough, fear of not finding someone who will love you for who you are, fear of not being able to lose the weight, fear of stepping outside of yourself because you are worried about what others might think of you, fear of trying something new and exciting and completely failing at it........
.
But you decide one day to draw the line in the sand and not let that fear rule your life. You decide to take action as scary as it may be. You face your fear!

YOU are in control! YOU can become FEARLESS too, beautiful lady! ❤️
