Spending the next few months focusing on calisthenics ( I swear I say this every few months but these front levers are a real challenge for me ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚) so these were something I added to the end of my workout! -

They're great for developing balance and core (: If you're scared you might fall over on your face (which I definitely have ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘) then start off by using the wall or a friend to stabilise you. Once you feel happy not using the wall anymore, practise twisting your torso whilst keeping your balance on the ball and then go ahead and use a medicine ball once you're comfortable with your balance (: Let me know if you give it a go!!

Social pressures to look a certain way and confusing information surrounding health and fitness can make the topic naturally a really frustrating one full of discomfort and comparisons. Yet every time I upload I'm blown away by how supportive everyone is to one another, and how it feels like friends have come together to show love and belief in each other. -
