So this is what I got up to at the weekend! I forget what the second move is called but that's super fun too! I still need to work on it and I definitely get impatient sometimes but it's only been 4 months and I'm so happy with my progress!!

If you're new to the gym and the weights area it's OK to feel nervous but honestly, everyone is thinking about themselves too much to worry about others! One of the biggest things I keep telling myself is not to let the fear stop me from reaching my goals! Everyone had to start at some point and noone was ever a pro trying something for the first time so go in there and give it your best shot! That's all you can ever do! β€β€πŸ’•πŸ˜˜

I bought final cut pro to edit my videos yesterday and I'm getting so distracted with all the cool things you can do with it!! Hopefully you'll like the editing of my next video coming up tomorrow! It's a beginner's leg workout and 'what I eat in a day' so hopefully you'll find it useful if you're new to lifting, wanted a new workout routine and need some tips to know how to plan your workouts! Plus there's some introductory functional work in there too for those of you who want to work more on using your body as a whole and becoming more coordinated πŸ‘πŸ‘ -

I spent the whole day planning out my year and now I feel like I have my life together! I love living day by day but sometimes in order to reach a bigger goal I have to plan and work backwards to make sure everything is in place for those goals to happen! I can't wait to tell you all what's in the works!!

I've been saving this photo for today's YouTube upload because I had a cheat/treat day on SundayπŸ©πŸ©πŸ©πŸ”πŸŸπŸ• and filmed it for y'all. Also I can't believe how quickly a month and a bit went by since my last one! The link is in my bio!😁😁😁 -

Since a lot of you ask how often I have a cheat day it's around every 6 weeks give or take with regular refeed days. This is just what works for me at this point in time. Some of you ask me how often to have one and it's difficult to answer without knowing what your goal/ lifestyle/body composition is. Generally the leaner, more active you are, the more often you can afford to have a day to go all out on calories etc. I don't put on weight from days like these because I train hard 6 days a week and eat whole foods 80-90% of the time so on average, a day once in a while won't make a difference (: But I'm just like any normal person, if I ate this much on the regular and trained less, I would easily put on fat! It's just about finding that balance! β€πŸ˜˜πŸ’•

Back in the gym from a few days rest! I've also slept a little bit more so feeling good rn! (I say this and it's nearly midnight lol)

As an aside - a lot of you have asked me how to stay in shape whilst studying/revising. If you have exams at the moment, prioritise those above working out. I did this every exam season and I happily took the weight gain (I tend to overeat as comfort when I'm stressed) because education means more to me than dropping a few pounds for early summer. You have the rest of your life to get in shape but you might not get a second chance at passing your exams and getting that degree that could open lots of doors for you. So keep going and do what you need to do to get those grades (: πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
