#TemporaryPost Let's try this post again lol .. So I began on my fitness journey in October 2016 & I've progressed a great deal since as noted through out my instagram feed. I gathered these recent clips from my progress on my Snapchat so I'm sure some of you have seen it already & I apologize ahead of time for the paragraph haha. I was an athlete all my life so mid college I believed I can eat whatever I wanted and still be able to run a 6.45min mile. I played soccer my whole life so I grew up just eating whatever I wanted since I burned it off anyways. College proved me wrong with my old habits. I'm 5'9 so although I didn't look as heavy as what I weighed, I was definitely unhealthy. I slacked a lot in college (physically) mainly because I didn't have the time nor motivation to be the best version of myself. I am now 155 lean. I still have a long way to go, but I'm way closer than I was in October. I learned to love my curves and work with them. Instead of wanting to have smaller legs, I decided I wanted them toned, beautiful, and big. I used to hate my curves and my body in general, but I've grown to love my legs as well as my 🍑. My trainer now makes me do leg/glute day 3 times a week and I hate/love her for it. Progress pictures coming real soon❗️I love and thank you all for supporting me 💕☺️
