Ingredients:
2 cups lightly steamed broccoli (measure after steaming)
1 heaping Tbsp @sunbutter
5 raw asparagus stalks
1/2 scoop @vitalproteins Collagen Beauty Greens
1 fresh garlic clove
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Himalayan sea salt to taste

1 cup Nancy's Yogurt cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp honey
1/2 cup flour
1/4 salt
1 tsp baking powder

1. Combine the first 4 ingredients and whisk.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
3. Pour the flour mixture into the wet mixture, and stir until combined. Lightly coat a large pan with coconut oil / butter, and spoon a large tablespoon of batter onto the pan.
4. Cook for about one minute on each side until golden, and then serve with all of your favorite toppings! πŸ™†πŸ‘

A great way to start the day. Peach πŸ‘ Chai Overnight Oats from @spicesinmydna. The kefir in this recipe adds extra creaminess, tanginess, and billions of live probiotic cultures. πŸ˜πŸ‘ Love! ❀

Here’s how you make them:
Ingredients:
2 cups oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
pinch of salt
3/4 cup @nancysyogurt organic lowfat peach kefir
1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 peach, diced, plus extra for topping

Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, ground ginger, cardamom, cloves, and salt. Stir to combine. Add the kefir and almond milk and stir again to combine. Add the diced peach and stir. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until most all of the liquid has been absorbed. Serve with diced peaches, an extra drizzle of kefir and/or almond milk, and a sprinkle of cinnamon and chia seeds.

Cheesy creamy earthy salty carbolicious heaven, made with only 10 ingredients πŸ˜‹ .
Here are the deets πŸ‘‡
Lobster Mushroom + Roasted Broccoli Mac + Cheese
- cooked elbow noodles
- roasted broccoli florets
- minced lobster mushrooms
- avocado oil
- spelt flour
- whole milk
- cream cheese (@nancysyogurt cultured Probiotic)
- shredded raw English cheddar
- coriander
- salt/pep

To make the cheese sauce:
SautΓ© mushrooms with oil on medium until softened and browning. Add about 2-3 tbsp of spelt flour. Stir until flour is blended into the oil + mushrooms. Cook about 1-2 mins. Pour in 1c milk and whisk until smooth! No LUMPS! Cook until mixture begins to thicken. Take from heat and add in cream cheese. Stir until completely incorporated! Then add cheese + coriander and mix until cheese melts. Add salt + pep to taste. Stir in noodles + broccoli. Serve while melty and hot!
