Salah satu cara untuk kekal consistent untuk exercise adalah dengan mempunyai kawan yang ada same goal atau minat. .
.
Nana kenal Ain pun dulu dekat event and lepas tu we click and became friends. .
.
So kepada anda yang tak Ada geng nak workout, jangan malu atau segan. Join je class workout mana2 dan buat kawan. Bagi nana, cara ni lebih baik sebab bila kita buat kawan di workout class, kawan kita tu pun Ada goal yang sama & boleh saling motivate one another during workout. .
.
Sama juga bila nak diet. Carilah kawan yang boleh ingatkan kita supaya tak “cheat day” everyday. .
.
Endahkan sindiran rakan anda bila tengah usaha nak diet tu. Buat pekak je ok sebab bila rakan anda dah nampak result yang you lebih sihat & lean, dia pun nanti Akan ikut jejak you. .
.

Here’s the combo for yesterday crab 🦀 walk 😂

Remember there’s no rest in between exercises tau. So lepas crab walk tu, terus je buat this one. .
.
I used a super light band since before this combo, @ainramli and I dah kill our vontot with other exercises so this combo is consider butt finisher #NanaGlutenator .
.
Cuba buat around 20reps but if cannot, at least 12-15reps 😊
.

Taking #booty focus crab 🦀 walk to the next level. .

What happened during our 4th set 😅 pening, confuse, nak tercabut kaki semua. And ni lah penyebab jalan senget nak she-she pun susah until today 😆
.

Yang over last tu memang how I walk today lah. Not too sure about @ainramli and @sabihah_ahamad but Nana nak jalan ayu pun dah tak boleh dah. .
.
Kalau beginner tak perlu nak lompat-lompat nanti tergolek pulak. Just buat variation biasa je dulu. .
.
For advance, rasa2 nak add intensity, use slightly thicker band and superset it with another booty focus exercise. Mine was simple one which I will share if you wanna know la ok. Do let me know and I’ll post it up. .

Hamstring work with my bubs @ainramli at @babel.fit .

I managed to tricked her into being my guinea pig - I was testing routine for my group training clients 😆 .
.
Obviously it wasn’t only this combo...it was a lot more and I’m feeling the sore till today although we did the routine 3 days ago 😭
.

Routine ni quite basic so beginner pun boleh cuba. Nana & Ain that day pun pakai light weight je, but, takde rest in between the exercises Langsung dan kita buat 4sets berterusan. .
.
Tempo for each exercise is 3010. #legmurder .

Nana nak tanya jugak, ok tak quality video ni? Nana test record using the new #iPhone8Plus #RedProduct .

Nana tanya sebab the quality look so diff compared to my old iPhone8Plus. .

#Throwback on grind days when I was prepping for my 1st show. Training twice a day, forcing myself to eat endless chic breast that I don’t want to eat, and the tears that pours in between sets when I couldn’t push myself anymore during training. .
.
I remembered calling my girl @hnshshrl one day, in between sets of accomplishing my Milos leg set...crying and telling her that I couldn’t push no more due to my knee injury and I told her that I don’t think I would be able to make it. .
.
I also remembered that the guy who was bench pressing next to me gazed at me coz I burst to tears out of sudden. After some pep talk, I got back up and resume my training. .
.
Looking back, I recalled so many hurdles that I had to overcome just to bring myself on stage. And I #WillFindAWay to overcome future hurdles if I needed to...again.
.
