Menu Morning Rev:
- 60 cals row
- Every 90seconds do 3 burpees
Rest until everyone is done.
20 minutes of:
- 200m farmer carry (12kg + 12kg kettle bell)
- 30 mountain climbers
- 20 sit ups
- 15 sec hollow hold
- 15 sec superman hold
- 15 sec plank hold
Managed to reach the 5th round!
