The story of Kim and her daughter Quinn helps us understand that a diagnosis of postpardum depression after having a child doesn't have to be an isolating experience. Reaching out and finding support in the community can help. Read more about Kim's journey to improving her mental health and finding happiness in motherhood. http://ow.ly/f7sk30jQ19G #getloud

A shout out to @diegoalepaz, Grade 9 student @WestminsterJH, who did a bottle drive and raised $25 for United Way. He also did a presentation to students in Mr. Persoon’s class to help them understand the tough decisions people living in poverty have to make every day. Thank you Diego – you are making a difference!”

Each year a group of giving engineers come together to volunteer their time, skills, and experience to work on impactful projects in our community like this one at Camp Yowochas. And have a lot of fun doing it!! With their efforts, we are creating opportunities for our most vulnerable to break the cycle out of poverty. These volunteers help build our communities confidence and their work is priceless. Thank you to all our passionate and selfless volunteers. #yegvolunteers #NVW2018 #engineeringchallenge
