Full day of eating from yesterday! Itโ€™s been awhile since Iโ€™ve done a #MacroRoundUp so I figured I would share everything I ate yesterday!
Breakfast: Veggie egg white scramble topped with low fat cheese with a side of Greek yogurt mixed with PB2 and coffee with cream and sugar

#transformationtuesday Going back to when I was down about 15 pounds and shopping for baiting suits for a Jamaica vacation vs. this same weekend last year when I was in Florida for the holiday weekend! Having that Jamaica vacation booked was SO helpful for me when I first started to lose weight: I needed a tangible goal to work towards when I first got started to help keep me motivated. I lost 30 pounds between January of 2014 and the beginning of May 2014 when I left for Jamaica and then came back home and kept on grinding until I eventually lost 100 pounds in two years time. Only a month and a half left until Iโ€™m back in Jamaica again ๐Ÿ˜ and Iโ€™m so excited to be able to enjoy my trip, rocking a bikini everyday without being self conscious because I made the decision to get healthy and change my life! โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘™๐ŸŒด

Just cheesinโ€™ around ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿง€ Thoroughly enjoyed eating and drinking my way through Atlantic City this weekend. I may or may not have spent four hours at the all you can eat and drink brunch yesterday ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜‚#bottomlessmimosasanyone I have to say though, I remember coming down for the weekend last year and eating turkey breast and lettuce on the drive down trying to โ€œsaveโ€ as many macros as possible since I knew I would be drinking later and then forcing myself to run at least 6 miles the next day to burn off some of the extra calories. Ugh. Iโ€™m glad Iโ€™m past that point ๐Ÿ™ˆ I went for a run this weekend because I wanted to and I knew it would feel good to get at least a little exercise. I took a rest day yesterday because I wanted to. I ate lobster Mac and cheese and a peanut butter crepe and pretzels and cheese and it was all fabulous and worth it because at the end of the day these were only three days away of the whole month and Iโ€™m right back to my grind and normal meal plan today.
