I have so many things to say, and so little desire to spend time on my phone typing them out. All I can say is I hope that you have people in your life that you can spend your days with laughing, loving, and enjoying life with ❤️ I feel like the most blessed girl in the world sometimes and I just wish this love and happiness on all of you 💕

My dinner last night was cheese fries from Hooters and now I’m drinking bottomless mimosas while cracking open crab legs at Nero’s with the love of my life and my brother and SIL and I feel like I’ve never been happier ☺️☺️☺️

What a SWEAT SESH 🙌🏻 I’m headed down to Atlantic City this afternoon but had to get my workout in first 👊🏻 I’ve been super consistent with my workouts this week (although let’s be real: I’m always consistent with my workouts 😜 it’s the one thing I always make time for 👍🏻) but I’m really proud of getting them done this week because everyday but Monday I had to wake up at 5AM to fit them in before work 😴 No excuses though: I did one barbell strength class, two five mile runs, two at home workouts with T25 DVDs and YouTube videos, and today I climbed those freaking stairs for an hour and sweat like a mofo the whole time 🤭😅 Now that the sweating is done, I’m looking forward to a fun weekend away with bae, my brother and sister in law 😁💃🏼🍾

Flavors on point for breakfast this morning 👌🏻 I toasted an everything high protein bagel from @westernbagel (Code “whims” for 10% off - you can order a few packs and they freeze really well!!!) topped with 2tbs of veggie cream cheese spread. One side I added spinach and an egg with everything seasoning and one side I added fresh chopped up red onion and tomatoes I got from our farm share. This veggie half was SO GOOD. Side of some raspberries that I also hand picked from our CSA. Let me tell you: I enjoyed eating them a lot more than trucking through the mud and bugs to pick them 😝 340 calories 35c/13f/28p for all shown here!

My drinks of choice today 💦🍷 GUYS. I must have been living under a rock because I just tried clear American flavored water for the first time today and OH MY GOSH. It’s so good! I want to buy all the flavors and drink it all the time 😍😍😍 0 calories and 0 sugars, only at Walmart. This flavor was INSANE and I really want to find the pineapple coconut next 🥥🍍 I’m a really big drinker...and no not just with wine 😜I literally drink lemon water allllll day long at work (I’m super proud of how clear my pee always is #tmi) but it’s nice to have something a little bubbly to switch things up and this is def my new favorite flavored water 😍 Drinking so much also helps keep me full 👍🏻 which is how I could skip my normal afternoon snack today to make room for this amazing bottle of bubbly Catawba wine from @lakewoodvineyards in my macros today 🙌🏻 This was the last winery I visited on my recent Finger Lakes trip 😢 and def need to see if I can get this shipped to my house cause mmmmh mmh it is such a refreshingly sweet wine 👌🏻❤️🍷 What are you all drinking tonight???

Just some Friday morning funnies for ya 😋 But seriously, thank you for all of your sweet comments on my post from yesterday. I’ve gained such a large audience on here because of my weigh loss success, so sometimes it’s scary to share when I’m not on my game 100%. Idk why but I somehow got it in my head that you guys wouldn’t like me if I’m not 100 pounds down for some reason 🤣🙈 Any who. This is my reality right now ☝🏻 (info on my scale at the end of this caption) and for now it’s ok. I’m still grinding every week 👊🏻 and have in no way given up. I’m just living my life and being happy with where this that has led the scale to settle for now. I’m not a fitness model. I’m not an athlete. I’m not a professional anything. I’m just a real girl who once was very overweight and decided to change and here I am 5 1/2 years later still just trying to live life to the fullest and find the right balance of healthy and dedicated along the way. Thanks for all of the support you guys have given me along the way, you guys are the real MVPs ❤️🙌🏻

#tbt and a little real life update. I’ve gained about 15 pounds since mid-April. It started from an all inclusive trip to Jamaica and I thought I could get the weight off pretty easily again but it stuck. Do I know why? Yes. I haven’t been as consistent with my diet as I have been during some points of my journey. I’ve enjoyed girls trips to the beach☝🏻 and let other events and weekends just become an excuse to slack off on my diet. Does the extra weight bother me? This is the weird part. Yes and no. Clothes are tight. I’m not as lean as I once was. I maintained my 100 pound weight loss within about 5 pounds for TWO YEARS and got comfortable being at that weight. However, I also look at the girl smiling in this picture: who can wake up and step on the scale now and not let the number define my mood for the rest of my day if I’m not within 5 pounds of my 100 pounds lost mark 😱 and who doesn’t get heart palpitations now if plans change last minute and my pre-planned macros have to go out the window 🤭 and I still LOVE 👏🏻 WHAT 👏🏻 I 👏🏻 SEE👏🏻 I’m no where near the 246 pound girl I used to be. I’m also not the 146 pound girl I was at one point either and THAT’S OK 🙌🏻 I literally have been dieting for the last 5 1/2 years and it’s freeing to have a season of being content just as I am ❤️ I’m still a fighter and feel like I probably could do better, but I’m giving myself this breather to embrace the extra fluff just a bit ☺️ I just set up my next DietBet to start towards the end of summer on 8/20 (click the link in my bio to join) for a way to make myself give a more consistent effort to get closer to my maintenance weight during that game. I’m glad I have that set up for motivation to get back to where I feel comfortable...but I’m also glad I’ve gone through this period of learning more about loving myself and my body no matter what size it is. Weight loss and fitness is a HUGE part of my life, but it is NOT my whole life. I’m still healthy, happy, and have great people in my life who love me right back at whatever size I am and that is where true happiness comes from 💗

It seems like I have less and less free time to fit everything in that I would like recently 😣 but at least my weekly meal prep delivery from @cleaneats2day helps! I still could use an extra hour of free time everyday 🙏🏻 but at least maybe I can sneak out to go shopping after work tomorrow since my dinner is already prepped and ready to go 🙌🏻 I think my pedicure is doomed for the foreseeable future though and my beads will have to wait until vacation in August 👎🏻 What would you do with an extra hour to yourself everyday?!?

Got up to run 5 miles this morning and I don’t know why it’s taken me until now to realize I could put my @womensbest BCAAs in my hydration belt instead of just water 🤔🙌🏻 When I workout before 6AM I don’t like to eat breakfast but I do like to drink BCAAs so my body doesn’t start breaking down protein to use for energy in its fasted state. These tasted so good on my run this morning ☺️ The strawberry kiwi flavor from @womensbest is my fave! ❤️🍓🥝
Glad my workout is done for the day 👊🏻 and currently waiting to get my drivers license photo retaken before work. Let’s see if this takes 7.78464 hours or if I will actually make it into the office at a decent time 😝 Have a great Wednesday everyone!!!
