May 30th 2018: 215lbs for two reps... should’ve taken the time to fully extend my reps and go slower but felt good to be able to do more that one at least since December 2016. #fitness #bodybuilding #fitgirl #girlswholift #strength #weightlifting

March 26th, 2018: Would’ve accomplished a PR of 225lbs if I had given myself time to eat a decent meal before this, and had it done before any of my other workouts. March 23rd, 2018: About 5lbs lighter since my last post. Definitely see a difference in my upper body mostly from the way I’ve changed my eating habits these past couple weeks. Still can’t resist a good cheat day here and there. Balance is key 🔑
