Preparing my next batch of #pickles, this time I made with beetroot, carrot, cauliflower, ginger, garlic, red cabbage, celery leaves and brunch, burdock, black pepper corn, salt and water (boiled or normal). Use sterilized glass jars and store for a minimum of 2 weeks before eating from them. This is a great way for #vegan people to add #vitaminb12 and #probiotics into their diet
Also, love how purple the liquid stays from the beet and the cabbage!

Cherry trees are full here in #collexbossy and we are trying to make everything we can not to waste it. Apart from eating it fresh no stop, we make jam, cakes and even some cocktails 🍸they are delicious and Very rich in fiber, vitamin C And carotenoids.
The hardest part is to remove the seeds but you can find machines that are very efficient on that, we did a jam with sweet cherries and another one with sour cherries (my favorite), I like to use it with my #vegan #naturalyogourt for #breakfast -------------------------

Coconut ice cream, our favorite here!
If you don't manage to get the real dry coconut, you can also make it with the shredded ones from the pack, mix in a blender 2 cups shredded coconut with 4 cups of warm water (Strain mixture into a large bowl using cheese cloth and mix again with the rest of the ingredients); 2 tablespoons of almond butter and 2 tbsp coconut syrup, you can use the shell of the dry coconut or any other recipient to freeze, just remember to take it out of the freezer 10-15 min before serving as this is not as creamy as the industrialized ice creams

Bata no liquidificador 2 copos de Coco seco ralado ou coco desidratado com 4 xícaras de água morna (coe a mistura em uma tigela grande usando um pano próprio para leite vegetal e volte a mistura para o liquidificado para bater com o resto dos ingredientes; 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga de amêndoa e 2 colher de sopa de xarope de coco, você pode usar a casca do coco seco ou qualquer outro recipiente para levar a mistura ao congelador , lembre-se de tirá-lo do congelador 10-15 min antes de servir pois ele não é tão cremoso como os sorvetes industrializados

Introduction to healthy cooking yesterday with 4 Italian friends and I decided to teach them spaghetti with tomato sauce, pesto and vegan meatballs 😳that's what they thought when they read the program 😂 but it was a Zucchini spaghetti with raw tomato almond sauce and pesto done with 3 greens and 5 nuts, topped with cashew cheese, all #vegan #glutenfree #dairyfree #raw they all loved it, uffff!!!

Introducao a culinária saudável ontem para esse grupo de 4 Italianas e eu decidi fazer spaghetti com molho de tomate, pesto e almôndegas 😳isso é o que elas pensaram quando leram o programa 😂 mas na verdade era spaghetti de abobrinha com molho de tomate #cru feito com amêndoas, pesto com 3 hortaliças e 5 oleaginosas e almôndegas #vegana feitas com shiitake e nozes, para completar um parmesão de castanhas, elas amaram, sucesso total, ufff!!!
