Day 4: Aberdeen Gym Selfie
This lighting made me appear way more “Abby” than I really am 😂
While I’ve been away, I’ve been able to get in 20 mins of cardio each day, and I’ve managed to workout every day as well.
My diet however, not so on point.. looks a little like this:
Meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal w/ protein powder or eggs and bagel (+the occasional pastry 🤗)
Meal 2: protein bar
Meal 3: Chicken breast sandwich + fries (or a burger 😄)
Meal 4: Protein shake - following workout
Meal 5: Fish + Rice or Salad
Meal 6: Snacks (popcorn or nuts)
This is clearly NOT my ideal “at home diet”, but for vacation purposes, I’m certainly doing my best with the options I have. 🔹I’m not counting calories (or carbs for that matter), the only macro I’m being conscious of is my protein 😊
🔹 I’m steering clear if dairy 🔹 No sugar (unless it’s in the form of a pastry in the AM)
🔹 Cardio every day, even if its just for 20 minutes outside on some stairs.
