Repost from @grixthetics using @RepostRegramApp - 8 Years difference between the two sides. On the left 18 years old, 6ft5, weighing roughly 70kg (11st) if not less. On the right, 26 years old, roughly 94kg (14,6lbs). These are quite literally the only photos from that era with my top off, & that was only because my mum had taken them without me knowing. My frame was my biggest weakness growing up mentally, just like overweight kids being bullied - I had it just the same at the other end of the Richter Scale. Or weighing scales for that matter. I've sat for the past week with these photos, as when I look at them all those memories come flooding back. But, hopefully this transformation will have the right impact - an show anyone who either suffers with being underweight, overweight or body dysmorphia that anything is achievable. It just takes the right mindset, determination and dedication. Nothing happens overnight, but surrounding yourself with the right people is a fundamental key to success. There's so much I have learnt from fitness that I have managed to apply to business, & vice versa for that matter. If it wasn't for fitness, and the confidence it has managed to generate - I wouldn't be where I am in my career. I also wouldn't be marrying the woman of my dreams later this year, as I would never have had the confidence to even talk to someone as beautiful as my fiancée to begin with. The long and short of it is - Fitness has changed my life for the better, and hopefully this can inspire someone to change theirs.
