FLUFFY PB & J PROTEIN DONUT SANDWICHES🍩🍓🥜
OH MAN. I could cry. These taste like the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that I used to get in my childhood lunch. And the macros!! 😍I’ll take 2.. or 3 😅
Macros PER SANDWICH: (makes 8)

For the Donuts:
🍩55g @musclepharm Combat Whey
🍩100g unsweetened applesauce
🍩25g coconut flour
🍩1 tsp baking powder
🍩splash unsweetened cashew milk
For the PB&J filling:
🍩75mL no sugar added raspberry jelly
🍩100g unsweetened greek yogurt
🍩15g natural peanut butter
🍩stevia or sweetener to taste
1️⃣Preheat oven to 320. Spray a donut pan with nonstick spray.
2️⃣After combining the dry ingredients, mix in the egg, applesauce, and a splash of unsweetened cashew milk.
3️⃣Pour batter into a large ziplock bag and cut off the tip. Pipe batter evenly amongst 8 donuts.
4️⃣Bake for 8 minutes; cool for 5. Meanwhile, prep the peanut butter frosting.
5️⃣In a small bowl, mix the greek yogurt, sweetener, and peanut butter.
6️⃣Cut each donut in half and spread evenly with fillings. (~1tbsp peanut butter frosting; ~1tsp jelly)
7️⃣Drizzle with additional PB if you’d like and let the memories come flowing back!
