Try this Roasted Sweet Potato and Beets meal an hour before your workout, and then follow it with the brand new Natural Series Pre-Workout a half hour before training!
Ingredients:
- Sweet Potato - 1/2
- Beet - 1/2
- Olive Oil
- Ground Sea Salt (to taste)
Recipe:
1) Start by pre-heating your oven to 400.
2) Remove the skins of both the sweet potato and the beet.
3) Cut both pieces in half and then dice into 1/2 inch chunks.
4) Place diced beets onto the baking pan and drizzle with olive oil. Then place in oven for 15 minutes.
5) After the 15 minutes is up, add the diced chunks of sweet potato to the baking pan and put back in the over for an additional 30 minutes. You may need to flip the beets and sweet potato every 15 minutes to ensure the pieces cook evenly.
6) Once the pieces are finished cooking, simply place in a bowl and enjoy. You may want to add salt or any greens for taste!

4. Band Anti Rotation
Hold each position for 40 seconds (or 20 seconds per side), rest for 15 seconds, then begin the next core exercise.
Go through this circuit for a total of 4 rounds!
