Regardless of what sport you are competing in, core strength is essential to every athlete.
Over the next few weeks we will be introducing brand new Total Athlete Core Circuits to start implementing into your daily training routines!

1. Glute Bridge Holds
2. Single Leg Bridge Holds
3. Ab 45's Iso Holds
4. Reverse Hyper Extension Holds
Hold each position for 30 seconds, rest for 15 seconds, then begin the next core exercise.
Go through this circuit for a total of 4 rounds!
