Starting to see some little baby lines! 🙊 I like to think my abs are in hibernation... They'll come out to play soon if I stay consistent with my healthy eating and workouts. My biggest battle always comes down to food. I'm a cheese, carb and dessert loverrr! 😍🍪🍕 The way I keep myself from going way overboard? It's all in how I talk to myself.
It might sound silly... But it seriously works! 😊 Think about it... If you tell yourself you "can't" have something, it makes it taboo and can actually make that thing even more appealing. 🙅🏻 But by changing your language slightly and instead thinking "I don't want that right now, but I can have it some other time", you take away the forbidden nature of that thing. By saying "I don't want that", you're mentally giving yourself the power to choose. 💁🏻 By saying "I can't", you are taking away that power. So if you're trying to stay on track with whatever your eating plan might be, try changing the language behind your thoughts. 🤔 Give yourself the power of choice and take away the mental restrictions!
