Eggs: healthy or not? I eat a couple of these suckers almost every morning. Hard boiled, fried, scrambled, omelette, you name it. I've always thought fresh (organic) eggs were a healthy thing to eat, but after watching a couple Netflix docs recently that have suggested otherwise, I'm starting to question everything. It's really frustrating that it is so hard to get real, scientific facts about diet and nutrition these days that aren't tainted by large corporations somehow. Anyone have any reliable info on eggs? Cuz I love em..
