First time meal prepping and I think I did pretty well 👏🏾👏🏾🤗
I prepped 3 meals for 5 days
Breakfast: I made chicken sausage frittatas with nuts and fresh fruits
Lunch : grilled chicken , vegetables, brown rice and homemade yogurt
Dinner: grilled salmon and shrimp with cucumber and feta salad with sweet onion dressing (no salt , no sugar added )
Update: I should've only did three days , forgot how crazy my work schedule is😂😅 , but it was still worth it !
