NOTE: I made this video yesterday before I touched road. It took me a while to really pack, move all my belongings around... My family and everyone was yelling at me to evacuate IMMEDIATELY, but it's kinda hard to look at all your stuff & decide what's worth losing. Do you stay and ride it out? Or do you just go w/what you can fit in your car? .
I love the city of Miami & I never thought I'd ever call Miami home. Miami has been my second home, this home became my family second home. So I could only imagine how REAL BORN & RAISED MIAMI folks feel, smh!
It's a weird feeling being told your life can be in danger and everything you worked for may be destroyed. That's not an easy pill to swallow + seeing the damage that occurred in Houston, The Islands & all the families in such tragedy... You can't help but feel depressed, worried, scared & 100% anxiety. I'm grateful for life no matter what and my faith remains in Allah.
I might be a nomad right now lol But hey, life lesson 101... A home is where you make it, so make the best of it. I got a few days till my birthday, so I'm going to pray I can return home soon enough & throw a dope BELATED EVENT. Prayers to all my friends that stayed in Miami. Remain safe & strong ❤️🙏🏽💪🏽Love #HurricaneIrma #Miami #Florida #305 #HomeAwayFromHome #Evacuation #SOE #ZoneB
