Not today Satan. You ain’t welcome around here. We got God, goals, and grind.

Another day. Another chance to wake up. Pray hard. Set goals. Make a plan. Work hard. Thank God. Stay humble. Slay all day. Our grind, His glory! •

Wishing y’all a wonderful and safe weekend! A few things to remember: Be grateful. Smile often. Cherish all the little moments. Never take a day for granted.

You have better days and you have worse days. No matter how your day goes, look for the blessings. From the moment you wake up to the stranger who smiled at you today...there’s thousands of blessings that remind us of the beauty, love, grace, and mercy around us. Even right now, in this very moment, beauty can be found. I challenge you to count your blessings and see how your life is full of thousands of tiny miracles.

Currently wishing I could float on the Dead Sea again. 🏝⛱

I don’t know why...but my energy level is sooo low today. Maybe Mr. Jet-lag decided to finally show up? 🤨 Went for a walk this afternoon, tried jumping around to « wake » myself up, slapped my face a couple of times, drank lots of water.... but no spark of improved energy. It’s okay though. I’m going to listen to my body. I am choosing to accept this unplanned rest day. I will extend a little grace to my jet-lagged body to get back to the routine of things. At the end of the day, I’m thankful that rest is part of the program. Our body NEEDS time to rest and skipping a day or two is coolio 👌🏽. Bottom line: We all need to take some time to relax and mentally/physically/spiritually refresh ourselves from time to time. #Learningtolive

Hey you! Never be discouraged by the pace of your progress whether it may be fast or slow. Progress is still progress. Continue to stay consistent and patient. Give your best shot in everything you do. Results will happen over time, not overnight. 😉

Every one has a different story. Someone’s X chapter may be someone else’s Y chapter.

I know it’s tempting to compare yourself to that other person. Side-by-side pictures of amazing progress and body transformation are always fun and inspiring to look at but PLEASE don’t compare yourself to them. Your journey is your journey. Your progress is your progress. Your body is your body. So stop continuously competing with others because it’ll only lead you to become more bitter. Start a healthy competition with yourself so that each day you can better you. Let’s get some positive vibes flowing by stepping away from the comparison game. Make peace with who God made you to be. You are good enough. You are valuable. You are strong. You are a hardworker. •

It’s time to celebrate progress, NOT perfection. Remember: Your story will ALWAYS be uniquely beautiful and there’s no need to compare it with anyone else.

Super thankful for safe travels and the opportunity to see and experience different cultures. Ahhh man it’s good to be back home! Woke up today and got so excited to get back to my normal routine and kill some leggies. Hehe jet lag ain’t got a hold of me 🙅🏽‍♀️😂But seriously guys it’s okay if you take a break from your routine to live a little. Breaks are good for the soul and it helps you to readjust your focus. After 12 days of vacation overseas I’ve learned that I want to create a routine that helps me live less out of habit and more out of intent. I hope you and I can work on living intently this week. Our mission each day shouldn’t be about trying to survive or make it through the day. Instead, our mission should be to thrive. #lifegoals
So why don’t we add a cup full of passion, with an extra handful of compassion, a bit of humor, and a touch of style as we go about each day this week. #Learningtolive

You know what makes me super duper happy?! Seeing others support and encourage one another.

I hope each day we can build each other up instead of tear each other down. Imagine how wonderful the world would be if we take time to give a genuine compliment to those around us....where we magnify each other’s strengths instead of weaknesses. Our words, actions, and thoughts would be uplifting and healing. We would motivate, inspire, and push each other to become better individuals. No hate, complain, or blame in sight. Just positive vibes.

All you need is a good dose of vitamin sea 😎.

Currently enjoying all the food and sights. I’m still being mindful of what I eat, but currently taking a break from macro counting. #memoriesovermacros
Also, I haven’t been in a gym since Friday, and I’m totally cool with it. Why? Because the gym will always be there but making memories and exploring a country is an experience you won’t always have. Fitness isn’t always about lifting weights. Fitness can be done in a variety of ways whether that be taking walks or rock climbing. Find an activity that YOU enjoy.

So for now, I’m going to continue to not stress about hitting my macros or lifting 5 days a week. I’m currently happy with walking around cities and climbing hundreds of stairs each day.

Picked up a pair of dumbbells and was wondering why I was struggling...duh Landy they’re in KILOGRAMS 🙈😂. Still crushed a full body workout at the hotel’s gym. Best part = beach front view 😍💯🙌🏼 🌊 . •

You were called to be bold. You were given a voice, a heart, and a life. Stop playing small. You were meant for greater things. Just like Esther, I hope you know that God created you to be alive, at this time in history, for a reason. You are here to make a difference. Whether you think you can or not, you can impact the world around you in small and big ways. Even if you may be from a super small town. It’s time to embrace who He calls you. Choose to embrace how you are seen by God and watch your faith grow. #bebold #beyoutiful

All I wanna do is travel and eat good food. 🙃

Officially in Israel after roughly 23 hours of traveling. 🙏🏼😴. Thankful for a safe journey.... For the ones done now and the ones that’ll be done in the future. Thankful for no bad turbulence bc that can get pretty scary. Ahh it’s good to be on the ground again. Can’t wait to explore this beautiful country. ♥️

What are you thankful for today?

I do believe it’s time for another adventure 😏....currently boarding the plane to Israel.

Enjoy every single moment. Life may not always be what you and I want it to be, but we are going to make the best of it. Today is not just another day. Today and every day after is filled with new opportunities, blessings, chances, and beginnings. #enjoylife

Toast Tuesday 🤤.

Real talk:
Recovery is scary. Gaining weight can be scary. Increasing your food consumption can be scary. Fearing foods can be scary. All these things can be scary....but the most scariest thing to me would be living in a trapped negative mindset. A few years back I had a disordered view of food along with an unhealthy relationship with exercising, and it was mentally and physically exhausting. Was it easy for me to create a healthy balance between exercise and food? Nope. Each day was a constant battle to walk away from the negative chains that were holding me. Fast forward to today. I no longer let food and exercise be the boss of me. I’ve learned to be flexible. I’ve learned to be friends with my body. Every day I choose to live out a balanced lifestyle because being healthier, happier, and stronger brings me life. •

Tonight, I hope you know that you are loved beyond measures. Please don’t be ashamed of your struggles. You are not alone. Take each day at a time. You got this! •

God can restore what is broken and change it into something amazing. All you need is faith. Joel 2:25 #recoveryisworthit

Hey you. I’m here to tell you to not be afraid to succeed. Your hard work will pay off. Keep up the positivity. Keep fighting. Keep being brave. Hold the vision. Trust the process. Don’t let your mind be filled with doubt that you can’t focus on the course to victory. Also don’t think about what can happen in a x, y, z time frame. Learn to focus on being present and giving it your all today and every day after. Use the 24 hours you have efficiently. You know what you have to do. There’s no need to complete so much overnight. Focus on making one small change at a time. In the end, you’ll be surprised at how those small changes add up to a HUGE transformation.

I hope this week you stay focused so you can finish well what God has called you to do. Nothing you go through is random. God knows all the details about where you’re going and what things you need to get there.
